PACKING & SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Please note that during the shipping process, some boxes may arrive to you a day or two before than the others. Rest assured you will receive all boxes in a timely manner.
Please submit payment immediately, or shortly after the end of the auction. In some cases, your boxes may leave the same day payment is received, provided payment is received prior to 1:00 pm Central time. In all other cases, boxes leave the warehouse the next business day.
For accounting purposes, you will receive exactly 10 pairs of shoes per box. No more, no less. You will receive exactly 5 boxes.
All merchandise is direct overstock from the same major department store and has been fully inspected. Tags that show full MSRP and may have price markdowns from original retailer. You will receive all items pictured in the auction. You will receive multiple units of some items.
These assets are offered "as-is, where-is"
with no returns, guarantees or claims as to working condition.
Conditions of Sale
Payment by the winning bidder must be received within 2 business days after the close of the auction. If payment is not made within 2 business
days, the winning bidder is liable for 15% of the final auction price or

The payment for the auction consists of the final winning bid, the Buyer's Premium, all shipping charges, and all applicable taxes. Unless otherwise stated in the auction, our standard Buyer's Premium is 5% of the final bid price. Shipping charges do not have any direct correlation with the purchase price. If you are unaware of these costs, please request a shipping quote.
Sales tax will be charged on any transaction where either the goods are shipped to a location in Arkansas, California, Indiana, New Jersey or Texas, or the goods being purchased are originating from one of the aforementioned states and the buyer chooses to arrange their own shipping.
Payments received by the buyer will be processed using a secure server.
After the assets have been delivered to the buyer, the buyer will have a
two-day inspection period to examine the merchandise and file a dispute
in the event of gross misrepresentation of merchandise.
For international shipments, all duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and the buyer must furnish broker information at the time of
payment. If the buyer does not have a broker, we will facilitate the
clearance of the merchandise for a fee.
