This load has been composed from returned merchandise sold primarily through, although not necessarily limited to, catalog and Internet sales. Some cartons for what ever reason appear to have never been opened. Further, we do not open each carton nor do we examine each carton to determine why it should be or should not be sold as salvage. We are liquidators and sell it all as salvage. Our manifest is made from the manifest we receive from the vendor. You may receive more pieces on a load than are on the manifest. We do find the manifest to be fairly accurate but do not make any clam to the manifest being absolute.

How Pallet count is calculated:
Extra long pallets, better known as Double Pallets count as 2 Pallets. These are used when merchandise is too long for the standard 48 inch long pallet. In such a case as this the actual number of pallets on a truck may be less that 24 but equal to 24 when counting double pallets as two.

The payment for the auction consists of the final winning bid, the Buyer's Premium, all shipping charges, and all applicable taxes. Unless otherwise stated in the auction, our standard Buyer's Premium is 5% of the final bid price. Shipping charges do not have any direct correlation with the purchase price. Sales tax will be charged on any transaction where either the goods are shipped to a location in Arkansas, California, Indiana, New Jersey or Texas, or the goods being purchased are originating from one of the aforementioned states and the buyer chooses to arrange their own shipping.
Payments received by the buyer will be processed using a secure server.
After the assets have been delivered to the buyer, the buyer will have a
two-day inspection period to examine the merchandise and file a dispute
in the event of gross misrepresentation of merchandise.
For international shipments, all duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and the buyer must furnish broker information at the time of
payment. If the buyer does not have a broker, we will facilitate the
clearance of the merchandise for a fee.
