Many of the items will be carded in original retail packaging, and others will be loose. Some packaging/items may have been opened previously but the most of the items are clean shelf pulls. Carded items may include two or more different items packaded together and may be counted separately.

All of the items seen in the pictures will be randomly divided and assorted into several lots, no cherry picking. There will be items not shown, as we have too many items and products that will be included to picture them all, but you will get a large variety and assortment of Cosmetics as described. Since these come from out-of-business retailers, we do not have any information regarding the manufacturing dates of the items. Most do not have dates on them and cosmetic shelf life is generally several years but we make no guarantees as to the merchandise condition. Payment by the winning bidder must be received within 2 business days after the close of the auction. If payment is not made within 2 business
days, the winning bidder is liable for 15% of the final auction price or

The payment for the auction consists of the final winning bid, the Buyer's Premium, all shipping charges, and all applicable taxes. Unless otherwise stated in the auction, our standard Buyer's Premium is 5% of the final bid price. Shipping charges do not have any direct correlation with the purchase price. If you are unaware of these costs, please request a shipping quote.
Sales tax will be charged on any transaction where either the goods are shipped to a location in Arkansas, California, Indiana, New Jersey or Texas, or the goods being purchased are originating from one of the aforementioned states and the buyer chooses to arrange their own shipping.
Payments received by the buyer will be processed using a secure server.
After the assets have been delivered to the buyer, the buyer will have a
two-day inspection period to examine the merchandise and file a dispute
in the event of gross misrepresentation of merchandise.
For international shipments, all duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and the buyer must furnish broker information at the time of
payment. If the buyer does not have a broker, we will facilitate the
clearance of the merchandise for a fee.
