1. Side Burner Flex Lines- this model has a regular side burner on one shelf and a searing burner on the other shelf. The issue has been that the flex lines as illustrated in STEP 7-2 of the Instruction Manual (see accompanying .pdf file) are not tightened during assembly or not tightened enough causing the regulator to shut-off thus not releasing LPG to the manifold. Each unit should be checked to ensure that these flex lines are extremely tight for normal operation. Known as a common problem with this model.

2. Drawer Glider Alignment- this model has 3 storage drawers in the fully enclosed cart. Each drawer had to be fully assembled by the end user as illustrated in STEP 6-2. The issue has been that the drawer gliders, if not properly aligned, will cause the drawer fitment into the enclosed cart to be off and thus not allowing the drawers to close properly. Drawers can be reassembled and aligned to achieve proper fitment. Known as a common problem with this model.

3. Sensitive CSA Regulator- this model has a CSA approved LPG regulator. This assembly is referred to as PART 46 in the instruction manual parts list. The issue has been over sensitivity to suspected gas leaks. The regulator is known to get false reads that there is a leak and shut-off. If this problem occurs, the regulator can be replaced with an aftermarket regulator to cure this problem.

The seller has indicated that it is unaware of any pending litigation, any recalls, or any inquiries or investigations involving the unit.
