Create Your Auction Listings and Sell Your Goods

You must be registered before you can submit items for sale on Liquidation.com. Once registered, post items by clicking on the Seller Tools button located on the side navigation bar under My Account and then click the Create an Auction tab. You will be prompted to provide detailed information about the assets you would like to sell. This information will assist us in evaluating how best to market and sell your assets. After you have submitted this information, a Sales Executive will contact you to develop an Asset Sales Plan for your first listing. You will be required to complete and return a signed Assets Sales Agreements (ASA) document to fax number (253) 484-2657.

The information you will need to submit your products for auction are:

  • Asset description and details regarding quantity, weight, location and condition of goods
  • Pictures of the product including the packaging
  • Packaging and Shipping information

Ship Your Merchandise

We arrange and manage shipping using our shipping partners. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including duties and taxes for international shipments. All auctions are insured to 100% of the value of the auction. Once the buyer's payment has been collected, we will book the shipment of your merchandise and notify you as to when to prepare the goods for pick-up. Pick-up usually occurs two business days after the buyer's payment has been collected.

receive payment

Liquidation.com Pays You

We will remit payment to you, net of any commission and fees due, after we have received and processed the buyer's payment. You can monitor the status of all your transactions online by logging into My Account.

Fees

Liquidation.com has two simple pricing structures:

  • Consumer Electronics (not including accessories): The fee if we sell your items is 10% of what the items sold for or $30 - whichever is greater.
  • All Other Categories: The fee if we sell your items is 15% of what the items sold for or $30 - whichever is greater.

There is a No Bid Fee for sellers who consistently receive no bids for a majority of their auctions. Please contact your account manager for details about these fees. However, if a majority of your auctions sell, which is the case with most Liquidation.com sellers, you will not incur this fee.
