How do I start buying?
Once you have registered and found auctions with merchandise of interest, place your bid
by entering your maximum bid in the box at the bottom of the auction page.

What type of merchandise do you sell?
Liquidation.com sells merchandise of all types. This merchandise is sold in bulk lots. The merchandise sold through Liquidation.com is comprised of excess inventory, refurbished merchandise,
retail ready merchandise, closeouts, returns, etc.

Companies selling surplus merchandise on Liquidation.com include manufacturers, wholesalers, liquidators, retailers, service companies and logistic providers.

How do I find merchandise?
Liquidation.com makes it easy for you to buy merchandise by allowing you to search our entire
site for specific items. You can search in various ways:
Home Page
Our very best deals are featured in the Hot Deals section of our Home Page
Marketplace
Just click on the Marketplace tab and you'll be able to search for products by category, location or condition of goods.
Buyer Alerts
You will get a weekly Buyer Alert email, and occasional Special Alert emails highlighting special deals selected by our sales team.
Search Agents
Search agents are searches that you save and name. Search Agents will automatically run your saved searches and will email you matching results on a bi-weekly basis. You can set up as many search agents as you like, and can edit or delete any of them at any time.
Search Box
Use our "Search the Marketplace" box on the left hand navigation bar of the Home Page to find auctions by keywords. Our search engine will search our entire inventory of available items.
Power Search
Use our "Power Search" to find auctions meeting specific criteria. You are able to search by seller, auction id, auction
title, or type of auction and value.

How can I be notified of items for sale?
The Buyer Alerts are an excellent source of deals
that can be found throughout the Liquidation.com site. Our sales team scans our entire inventory of surplus merchandise to select the highest quality and value priced deals for the
email alerts.
Another helpful resource is our Search Agent tool. Search agents are essentially searches that you save and name. The Search Agent will automatically run your saved searches and email you auction results that match your specified criteria. the results are emailed directly to you

What if I have questions about an auction?
Buyers can ask questions to sellers for all of our auctions. Click on the "Questions and Answers" icon on any auction page. Click "Ask a Question" and type in your question. It will then go directly to the seller. All questions previously asked by other buyers are posted on this board. As the Seller responds to
these questions, the answers will also appear on this Q & A board. Note: Before asking a question,
please check to see if someone else has already posted the same question.

How can I find out where the merchandise is located?
The location of the merchandise can be found under the Asset Information section of the auction
page.
