CONDITION DEFINITIONS FOR DICK’S SPORTING GOODS AUCTIONS ON LIQUIDATION.COM

Shelf Pull

·         Items have not been sold to a customer. Items themselves may show signs of customer contact and/or handling but are expected to be in overall good, "like new" condition.

·         Packaging and accessories may be missing, incomplete, or damaged.

·         The internal sorting language may appear on cartons, gaylords, or other documentation. These terms do not reflect the actual condition of the items and should not be interpreted as a description of product quality.

Return

·         Items are raw customer returns. Condition may range from lightly used to heavily used, damaged, or non-functional.

·         Packaging and accessories may be missing, incomplete, or damaged.

·         The internal sorting language may appear on cartons, gaylords, or other documentation. These terms are not formal condition grades and should not be interpreted as definitive assessments of product quality. However, because the auction is return condition, some items may in fact be more heavily used or damaged, per the return condition definition.
