	Audien Certified Refurbished
	A certified refurbished Audien hearing aid is a previously sold device restored through a thorough testing process and professional sanitization. Each unit receives new ear buds, wax guards, and cleaning tools, and includes all OEM accessories — charging case, cable, tips, tools, and manuals — just like our brand-new inventory. Every unit meets our cosmetic standard of no visible scratches or damage and ships in sealed retail packaging.
	Warranty & Claims Process
	All Audien Certified Refurbished hearing aids purchased by wholesale partners include a one-year manufacturer warranty. Warranty and defect claims must be submitted by the Liquidation.com buyer, not the end user, to recommerce@audienhearing.com to receive a return label and further instructions. Returned units will be evaluated by Audien Hearing’s Claims Department to ensure a fair and consistent resolution and upon confirmation of a manufacturer defect, a free Certified Refurbished replacement unit will be provided to the wholesale buyer.
	Warranty Eligibility Requirements: This offer is valid for one year, starting on the date the shipment is delivered to the Liquidation.com buyer. To be eligible for this offer, the Liquidation.com buyer must be located in North or South America.
	User Onboarding Process
	Each certified refurbished Audien hearing aid includes an insert with a QR code and booking link that directs the customer to schedule a complimentary one-on-one appointment with an Audien Hearing Specialist. This session helps guide proper use, best practices, and sets expectations for the customer’s hearing journey.
