Inspection
This property is located in a high-security area on the grounds of Reagan National Airport, Alexandria, Virginia. Inspection is not permitted.
Winning bidder will receive a detailed email including seller location and contact information for making removal appointment.
Payment
The winning bidder must remit payment in full within 2 business days -- NO LATER THAN 2:00PM, Wednesday, November 11, 2009. Payment can only be made by Wire Transfer & PayPal for buyers that haven't completed a transaction. Buyers that have completed at least one transaction may pay by Credit Card, PayPal or Wire Transfer. Transactions over $5,000 & payments made from outside the continental United States must be paid via wire transfer.
Removal Requirements
This property is located in a high-security area on the grounds of Reagan National Airport, Alexandria, Virginia.
Buyer MUST pickup property on Friday, November 13, 2009. REMOVAL IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. SELLER WILL NOT SHIP.
Property not picked up on Friday, November 13, 2009, will be declared abandoned. A material release form, Pickup Instructions and other important correspondences will be issued via e-mail upon receipt of payment (Make sure the email address and phone numbers on your account profile are current). Buyer or agent must bring this form to pickup location once pickup appointment has been confirmed.
Third party pickups require:
1) A signed Material Release Form
2) A photocopy of the buyer's photo ID and
3) A signed letter authorizing the pickup agent to take delivery.
All property must be shipped from pickup location by a licensed transport vehicle and operator. You may use a van, truck, box truck, tractor trailer, or other street-legal transport method.
No drive-aways. No exceptions.
Buyers who have not purchased from Liquidation.com in the past and are interested in multiple purchases must contact Liquidation.com a minimum of 48 hours before auction closing. (202) 467-6868.
The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority reserves the right to withdraw any property from auction sale prior to the buyer's removal from Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority premises.

The above-described asset is certified to be owned by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority. The assets will be sold as-is, where-is with no returns, guarantees, or any claims as to working condition. Working condition not guaranteed. The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority does not warrant the above-described assets, and, therefore, there are no warranties, express or implied. The successful bidder (the buyer) shall be responsible for arranging and paying for all transportation costs, rigging, loading or shipping costs, and any and all applicable local, state, or federal taxes, as will any additional charges or fees. The buyer shall coordinate taking possession of the assets with the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, according to instructions that LSI will give the buyer via email. Conditions of Sale

 Payment by the winning bidder must be received within 2 business days after the close of the auction. If payment is not made within 2 business
days, the winning bidder is liable for 15% of the final auction price or

The payment for the auction consists of the final winning bid, the Buyer's Premium, all shipping charges, and all applicable taxes. Unless otherwise stated in the auction, our standard Buyer's Premium is 5% of the final bid price. Shipping charges do not have any direct correlation with the purchase price. If you are unaware of these costs, please request a shipping quote.
Sales tax will be charged on any transaction where either the goods are shipped to a location in Arkansas, California, Indiana, New Jersey or Texas, or the goods being purchased are originating from one of the aforementioned states and the buyer chooses to arrange their own shipping.
Payments received by the buyer will be processed using a secure server.
After the assets have been delivered to the buyer, the buyer will have a
two-day inspection period to examine the merchandise and file a dispute
in the event of gross misrepresentation of merchandise.
For international shipments, all duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and the buyer must furnish broker information at the time of
payment. If the buyer does not have a broker, we will facilitate the
clearance of the merchandise for a fee.
