Be sure to read all instructions before use. Shake pen well before each use. Nail polish must flow from pen nib for proper application.
First Use: Shake pen well, remove cap, press nib of pen straight down on a protected surface until nib depresses slightly into the body of the pen. Pen is ready for use when nib is all brown and wet with polish (about a minute).
Subsequent Use: Shake pen then depress nib to freshen the nib with polish before each use.

Sealed Bid Auction
A Sealed Bid Auction is an event in which each bidder may submit a confidential bid to purchase an auction prior to the auction closing time. Whereas in a typical internet auction all bids are known, in a Sealed Bid Auction, all bids remain confidential including the high bid at the end of the auction.
Bidding Rules
1. All bids must be submitted online.
2. Bidders have the ability increase their bid at any time by placing a new bid.
3. Bidders will not be permitted to lower their bid.
4. At no point either during the auction or after the auction closes will a bidder be permitted to see the other participants' bids.
5. There is no "proxy" bidding in a sealed bid auction.
6. All bids are binding.
Notification
Buyers with winning bids will be notified by the following business day after bidding time expires, and arrangements will be made for payment collection and shipping.
The seller has the right to accept or deny any sealed bid auctions.

Payment by the winning bidder must be received within 2 business days after the close of the auction. If payment is not made within 2 business
days, the winning bidder is liable for 15% of the final auction price or

The payment for the auction consists of the final winning bid, the Buyer's Premium, all shipping charges, and all applicable taxes. Unless otherwise stated in the auction, our standard Buyer's Premium is 5% of the final bid price. Shipping charges do not have any direct correlation with the purchase price. If you are unaware of these costs, please request a shipping quote.
Sales tax will be charged on any transaction where either the goods are shipped to a location in Arkansas, California, Indiana, New Jersey or Texas, or the goods being purchased are originating from one of the aforementioned states and the buyer chooses to arrange their own shipping.
Payments received by the buyer will be processed using a secure server.
After the assets have been delivered to the buyer, the buyer will have a
two-day inspection period to examine the merchandise and file a dispute
in the event of gross misrepresentation of merchandise.
For international shipments, all duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and the buyer must furnish broker information at the time of
payment. If the buyer does not have a broker, we will facilitate the
clearance of the merchandise for a fee.
