DISTRIBUTED, BUYERS MAY VIEW THE BOOKS DURING AN INSPECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT.
PLEASE NOTE: Sales tax for bidders in the state of Wisconsin will be levied at the time of registration with the Dept. of Transportation. Bidders in states other than Wisconsin will not be charged Wisconsin sales tax, but they should check with their respective states to determine any taxes or fees which
would be levied by there.

There is a buyer's premium of 12% assessed on this auction. This means the winning bidder
is required to pay an additional 12% of the winning bid price at the time of payment.
The above-described asset is certified to be owned by, and located in, the State of
Wisconsin. The asset will be sold "As Is, Where Is". The State of Wisconsin does not
warranty the above-described asset, and therefore no warranties either expressed or
implied will exist.
In the event of a successful bid, and following sale, the buyer shall be responsible
for all transportation issues, shipping costs, and any and all applicable local, state,
or federal taxes. Any additional charges or fees shall be the sole responsibility of
the buyer. The buyer shall coordinate possession of the asset with the State agency
owning said asset. The State will not be held liable for any loss, damages, or injuries
resulting in, or a result of the transportation of the asset. No refunds or exchanges
will be permitted.
