- Payment by the winning bidder must be received within 2 business days after the close of the auction. - The payment for the auction consists of the final winning bid, the Buyer's Premium, all shipping charges, and all applicable taxes. - Sales tax will be charged on any transaction where either the goods are shipped to a location in Arizona, California, Indiana, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, Texas, or Washington D.C., or the goods being purchased are originating from one of the aforementioned states and the buyer chooses to arrange their own shipping.
- Payments received by the buyer will be processed using a secure server. After the assets have been delivered to the buyer, the buyer will have a two-day inspection period to examine the merchandise and file a dispute in the event of gross misrepresentation of merchandise.
- For international shipments, all duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and the buyer must furnish broker information at the time of payment. If the buyer does not have a broker, we will facilitate the clearance of the merchandise for a fee.
