
Why do I need to register?
Buyers and Sellers must register with us because we need to collect information for legitimacy verification. Note: Government Liquidation users who have not registered with Liquidation.com must register on Liquidation.com to buy or sell on our site.
What do I do if my application has not been accepted?
You may call the Buyer Relations Department at (800) 310-4604 or (202) 467-6868, or contact them via email at support@liquidation.com and request a review of your application.
How do I change my user ID?
You cannot change your user ID. If you must change your user ID, you will have to re-register with a new user ID.
What do I do if I forget my user ID and/or password?
Click here if you have forgotten your user ID and/or password. You may also call the Buyer Relations Department at (800) 310-4604 or (202) 467-6868 to retrieve your user ID or password.
