What do I need to do to get started buying or selling?

All buyers and sellers must be registered before they can begin buying or selling. Register Now to start selling or buying using Liquidation.com's comprehensive solution for surplus.

  1. Complete the Registration Form
  2. You will receive an email within two business days to confirm your registration is approved.
  3. You are now ready to start buying or selling.

What does it cost me to sell on Liquidation.com?

Sellers pay a success fee equal to a percent of the gross transaction price for completed transactions. Please contact our sales team for more information.

What does it cost me to buy on Liquidation.com?

We do not charge a fee to register and browse through our marketplace. As a winning bidder, you pay the final auction price, a buyer's premium, and appropriate shipping fees, which are collected prior to goods being shipped from the seller's location.

How do I use the My Account Management tool?

The My Account tool allows your to view and modify the status of your account, place bids on auctions, view the status of your transactions and edit your contact information. The My Account tools will also notify you if you have any items requiring your immediate attention.

My Account will alert you if you've been outbid on auctions, if you are the winner of an auction, if you have questions that have been answered and if you need to contact the Customer Support Team to make shipping arrangements.

The My Account tool also has the following features:

Search Agent - The Search Agent feature allows you to save and name searches. It will run these saved searches for you, and automatically send you matching auction results via email on a bi-weekly basis.

Profile Tab - The My Account Profile tab allows you to configure email alerts. If your address, contact email or phone numbers change since the time you register, you My Account tool will allow you to edit your primary and secondary contact profiles. This will ensure that we will be able to contact you regarding the status of your auctions.

Watchlist - On the My Auctions tab of My Account, you can have a quick view of any auctions you are interested in tracking and bidding on. You can add an auction to your Watchlist by clicking on the "Add to Watchlist" icon on any auction page. You may also click on the checkbox located next to the auction description in any auction list view, such as Search Results or Hot Deals. Then click on the add to watchlist button at the bottom of th page. These auctions then appear in your Watchlist. You may then bid on these auctions by entering your desired bid amount in the Bid field.

If you wish to place multiple bids on auctions in your Watchlist at the same time, you can fill in all of your desired bids and click the "Submit All Bids" button located at the bottom of your Watchlist screen.
