How do I monitor the status of my auctions?
You can monitor the status of your auctions online by accessing My Account,
and clicking on the "My Auctions" tab on the top navigation bar.
Back to the Questions
How does Counter Offer work?
When the Make a Counter Offer Now option is available at the bottom of the auction page, a buyer can make an offer for an amount different than the minimum price determined by the seller. Sellers have 2 business days to accept or reject an offer. Offers are binding if accepted by the seller. However, bids take precedence over offers. This means that, once a bid is placed, a buyer cannot make a Counter Offer.

How do I answer buyer questions?
When a buyer submits a question about your auction, you will receive an email with the question and a link to the answer form. You can also answer buyer questions by going to the 'My Account' tab and
clicking on "Q&A" on the blue navigation bar on the top of the screen.
