Shipping
Who is responsible for shipping and shipping costs?
We arrange and manage shipping using our shipping partners. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including duties and taxes for international shipments. All auctions are insured to 100% of the value of the auction. If any information provided by the buyer is incorrect, the buyer will be charged additional fees incurred by Liquidation.com. Freight charges are not refundable.

Who is responsible for booking the shipment of my merchandise?
Once the buyer's payment has been collected, Liquidation.com will book the shipment of your merchandise and notify you when to prepare the goods for pick-up.

When do I ship the merchandise to the buyer?
Once the buyer's payment has been collected, Liquidation.com will book the shipment and notify you when to prepare the goods for pick-up. This normally happens 2 business days after the buyer's payment has been collected.

What happens if a dispute is filed against my merchandise?
A buyer can file a dispute if he/she believes that the merchandise received does not conform to the information provided by the seller at the time of bid. The buyer must complete a Dispute Form. Liquidation.com will investigate the matter, and come to a resolution that must be followed by both buyer and seller. Disputes must be submitted within 2 business days of delivery of merchandise. Dispute resolution will be complete within 15 days by Liquidation.com. All parties must abide by the dispute resolution provided by Liquidation.com.
