How do I find merchandise that can be shipped overseas?
On the upper right corner of the home page and auction pages, click on Export. The auctions that appear on this page are currently stored in our warehouse, which means that many times we are able to obtain the necessary documentation and information to complete the bill of lading and certificate of origin.

If you find merchandise of interest and you are not sure if it can be shipped to your country, contact us at shipping@liquidation.com or via phone at 202-467-6868.

How do I start buying?
Once you have registered and found auctions with merchandise of interest, place your bid by entering your maximum bid in the box located at the top and bottom of the auction page.

How do I find merchandise?

Home Page
Our very best deals are featured in the Hot Deals section of our Home Page

Buyer Alerts
You will get a weekly Buyer Alert email, and occasional Special Alert emails highlighting special deals.

Search Agents
Search agents are product searches that you create based on your inventory needs. Our Search Agent feature will send you an email anytime products of interest appear on our site. To enable a Search Agent, log into My Account and click on the Search Agents tab. If matching results occur, we will email you with the matching results on a bi-weekly basis. You can set up as many search agents as you like, and can edit or delete any of them at any time.

Quick Find Search Box
Use our "Quick Find" box on the right side of the Home page or any auction view page to find auctions by keywords. Our search engine will search our entire inventory of available items.

Advanced Search
Use our "Advanced Search" to find auctions meeting specific criteria. You are able to search by seller, auction id, auction title, location or type of auction and value.

How can I be notified of items for sale?
The Buyer Alerts are an excellent source of deals that can be found throughout the Liquidation.com site. Our marketing team scans our entire inventory of surplus merchandise to select the best values and highest quality deals for inclusion in these email alerts.

Another helpful resource is our Search Agent tool.

What if I have questions about an auction?
Buyers can ask questions to sellers for all of our auctions. Click on the "Questions and Answers" icon on any auction page and type in your question. The question will be sent directly to the seller, and the seller will post their response to your question on the Q&A board. Note: Before asking a question, please check to see if someone else has already posted the same question.

How can I find out where the merchandise is located?
The location of the merchandise can be found under the Asset Information section of the auction page.
