This wholesale lot features assorted mens and womens sneakers sourced from various ecommerce brands, private labels, and unbranded manufacturers. The assortment includes a diverse mix of athletic sneakers, basketball sneakers, and walking sneakers in multiple designs, materials, and silhouettes. Inventory is randomly packed and intended for resellers, outlet stores, bin stores, and bulk buyers looking for high variety footwear inventory.
Mens sizes may range approximately from US 7 to 13 plus not guaranteed.
Womens sizes may range approximately from US 5 to 11 plus not guaranteed.
Exact size distribution is not guaranteed and may vary by lot. Sizes may skew higher or lower depending on available inventory at time of fulfillment.
Assorted colors and colorways. No specific colors or combinations are guaranteed. Inventory is randomly packed and color distribution may vary by lot. Duplicate colors and styles may occur depending on current inventory availability.
Assorted ecommerce brands, private labels, and unbranded footwear. Brand names, models, and styles are not guaranteed unless explicitly shown in photos. Photos represent examples only and may not reflect exact inventory received.
Items are new and unused. Some sneakers may ship without original retail boxes, may be bulk packed, or may come in replacement packaging due to shipping or packaging damage from upstream fulfillment. Some pairs may arrive loose or poly bagged. Packaging style is not guaranteed.
Inventory is bulk packed for shipment. Some styles may be packed in original shoe boxes while others may be shipped without boxes. Box condition is not guaranteed. Expect mixed packaging formats within the same lot. Duplicate styles and sizes may be present depending on available inventory at time of packing.
All inventory is randomly packed. No guarantees are made regarding brand, model, size, color, style distribution, or retail packaging. Buyers should expect variety, but duplicates may occur. Photos are for reference only and do not guarantee specific items will be included. Inventory is sold as is where is with no warranties or returns. All sales are final.
The following Terms and Conditions are in addition to our User Terms and Conditions Agreement.
PAYMENT
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the User Agreement, you must make payment within 2 business days of the date you are notified that your offer to purchase the items listed has been accepted (award date). No extensions of the payment period will be granted. If you fail to pay within 2 business days, your transaction(s) will result in default and the seller will be entitled to the remedies set forth in the User Agreement. Payment by the winning bidder must be received within 2 business days after the close of the auction. If payment is not made within 2 business days, the transaction may be cancelled with a fee of 15% of the auction lot price or $200, whichever is greater for each transaction, and your account will be subject to suspension.
The payment for the auction consists of the final winning bid, the Buyer's Premium, all shipping charges (if applicable), and all applicable taxes. Unless otherwise stated in the auction, our standard Buyer's Premium is 11% of the final bid price. Shipping charges (if applicable) do not have any direct correlation with the purchase price. If you are unaware of these costs, please request a shipping quote.
Sales tax will be charged on all transactions where either the goods are shipped or if the buyer chooses to arrange their own shipping. If you or your organization are tax exempt, we must obtain the appropriate documentation in order to waive sales tax on your transactions. Please view our FAQs for more information.
- Payments received by the buyer will be processed using a secure server.
REMOVAL
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the User Agreement, you must remove all awarded assets within 5 business days from the time and date you receive the awarded transaction(s). No extensions of the removal period will be granted. If you fail to remove within 5 business days, your transaction(s) will result in default and the seller will be entitled to the remedies set forth in the User Agreement.
When arranging your own shipping, you or your agents are responsible for the unit count of the Assets and verification of Assets purchased prior to removal from our facility. If the Assets are not acceptable for any reason, immediately inform a Liquidity Services employee prior to removal because claims cannot be made after removal in these circumstances. Alternatively, when you pay Liquidity Services to arrange shipping, you may make a claim for any incorrect or inaccurate Listing description of the Assets within two (2) Business Days after delivery of the Assets. Thereafter, a buyer's right to make a claim expires.
For international shipments, all duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and the buyer must furnish broker information at the time of payment.
Exclusions relating to payment & removal timeframes
Please note, that timeframe exclusions or exceptions may apply resulting in payment or removal extensions. Applicable examples of potential exceptions may be, but are not limited to:
- Private seller listings, seller arranged shipments, and some carrier arranged shipments with Bill of Lading (BOL) extensions.
In addition, if you have your removal appointment scheduled and on the calendar prior to the 5-business day removal expectation, your transaction(s) will not be cancelled or defaulted – however, no additional extensions will be permitted or afforded. Please always refer to your specific listing for further details.
