How to Process a Transaction

You’ve won! Now pay & ship your lot

Congrats on winning! In order to get your order shipping, or ready for pick-up as quickly as possible, submit payment within 2 days of winning.

Within your account, click to view all transactions requiring payment from the left navigation, or scroll down to the Won/Lost section and select ‘PAY NOW’ on the auction you wish to submit payment. When ready, select ‘Click Here to Pay’ to begin the transaction.

The first screen is where you’ll identify your shipping preference. Depending on the auction, you’ll either be able to arrange your own shipping, have ship on your behalf or pick up your lot from a warehouse. If arranging your own shipping, you must read and agree to the terms and conditions on the next prompt.

After selecting your shipping method, you’ll be presented with the payment screen. Should you have a promotional discount code for a auction, you can enter the code on this page. Transactions over $5,000 or addresses outside of the United States will require a wire transfer. All other transactions can be paid for by credit card or PayPal.

PAYPAL payments will open a new page where you’ll be asked to login to finalize payment.

CREDIT CARD payments will be prompted to choose either a credit card on file or enter in a new card.

WIRE TRANSFER payments will trigger a message containing all the details you’ll need to process the payment.
